The Motorcycle Story
A lot of people don’t know this about me, but motorcycles became a huge passion of mine over the past couple years.
It started with a simple riding class.
No experience.
No expectations.
Just curiosity.
The moment I threw a leg over a motorcycle and started learning how to ride, something clicked immediately.
Fast forward a short time later and I found myself completely immersed in the culture, the engineering, the discipline, and the experience of riding.
I rode constantly.
Hot days.
Cold nights.
Early mornings.
Late evening canyon rides.
If there was an excuse to ride, I found it.
And during those rides, something kept standing out to me:
The best places are never the easiest places to get to.

Why I Bought Another Motorcycle
Recently, I picked up a brand new Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX.
Not because I needed another vehicle.
And definitely not because I wanted to show off.
I bought it because it reminded me of something important:
Life moves fast.
And the things we genuinely love deserve to be pursued wholeheartedly.
For me, motorcycles represent:
craftsmanship,

freedom,
precision,
and passion.
Ironically… those are the exact same things I care about in the kitchen.

The atmosphere.

and even out of state.

Some of the best conversations happen after parking the bikes, taking off the helmets, sitting down with friends, and sharing great food after a long ride through the mountains.
And honestly?
Evergreen is perfect for that.
Beautiful roads.
Cool mountain air.
Scenic views.
A slower pace.
And incredible places to explore.
I’m excited to slowly incorporate more of that spirit into the future of Sushi Win Jr.
Not in a flashy way.
